In 90 days, voters go to the polls to vote Yes on 3 to uphold non-discrimination protections for our transgender friends and neighbors in Massachusetts!
Hitting the 90-day mark reminds us that our campaign is now in a sprint. Every single day will be a race to the next, a race to talk with the voters and recruit the volunteers we’ll need to win on November 6.
Yes on 3 staff and volunteers are out on streets and phones having the heart-to-heart conversations that we need to win. But they need resources to keep going—clipboards and pledge cards, or a pizza delivery at the end of a long day.
Our team is growing fast, and it’s because grassroots donors like you have stepped up. We just opened another campaign office on Newbury Street in Back Bay, and we’re hiring for seven new campaign positions—including canvassers and organizing fellows, who make up the backbone of our voter outreach strategy.
This is exactly where our campaign should be 90 days out from Election Day: Hiring staff and getting them on the ground in critical areas. That means we’ll be able to get to voters before our opposition does—before their argument that protecting our transgender neighbors from discrimination threatens public safety is able to take root.
